Why do you need a credit card on file for a free trial?
In our industry, we are required to verify that you are legally authorized to hire services and sign authorizations for a property. Credit cards are one the simplest ways to verify our client requests are legitimate.
When will my credit card be charged?
Upon signing and submitting the agreement and credit card authorization form, we will bill the card for the first month of service minus the 14-day free trial. The main reason we do this is to verify the card is legitimate and correct. We pro-rate the initial charge based on the sign-up day. Charges after will be on the 1st of each month for the next month.
What if I decide to cancel within the 14-day trial, do I get my money back?
Yes, every penny! This is a “No Risk Trial” as long as you cancel during the trial period. Just email us at: info@nodrup.com and you will receive a full refund to your card within 7- 10 business days (usually sooner, but we prefer to be conservative in our estimates as to not inconvenience you).
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee for your patrol visits?
Yes, we do! We know you will love our highly trained officers, but if there is a problem in accordance with our guarantee listed in the Client Agreement, notify us what the problem is within 24 hours by email at info@nodrup.com and you will receive a full refund for that patrol hit on your card within 7- 10 business days (usually sooner, but we prefer to be conservative as to not inconvenience you).
Can you bill us or extend net services?
Rather than charging our clients higher rates to cover additional staff for more billing services, account collections, and adjusting for those who may forget to pay their bill, we want this simple and cost effective for all our clients. We take Visa or Mastercard and charge on the 1st day of each month for the next months’ service (similar to a prepaid phone plan and just as easy).
Can I cancel any time after the trial period?
Yes, we will be sad to see you go, but you may cancel anytime you wish by emailing us. Please be aware that we do not give early termination refunds though. You will still receive service until your pre-paid month is complete. We work hard to accommodate scheduling, and rather than requiring a full 30-day notice as many companies do: this enables you to cancel faster and spend less but still allow us to provide reliable service.
How soon can we start services?
It can be same day in many cases depending on when you provide the needed information.
Besides businesses, construction sites, and government facilities, can you check on residential properties at night?
Yes, we can scan residences for hazards, trespassers, signs of forced entry, noticeable water flooding, damages to make sure you get a peaceful night sleep.
What kind of officers do you employ?
Only highly trained, thoroughly vetted, fully licensed Officers get a chance to work with us. We only want the sharpest individuals working for Nodrup. “If we don’t fully trust an Officer to watch our property, we will not send them to yours!
